Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order to return it without giving reasons, provided that the unopened and unused products are in the original condition and packaging. Returns are at the buyer's own expense and risk.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. You can do this by emailing us with your order number and details at contact@nofancylabel.com.

The period of 14 days starts on the day after you or a third party designated by you, such as a parcel point, has received the order or the last part. After receiving your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The costs for return shipping will not be reimbursed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been tailor-made especially for you or are clearly personal in nature.
