As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order to return it without giving any reason, provided the unopened and unused products are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipments are at the buyer's own expense and risk.

You can also register your return by notifying us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. You can do this by emailing us with your order number and details at contact@nofancylabel.com.

The 14-day period commences on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, such as a parcel point, have received the order or the final part thereof. Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. The costs for the return shipment are not reimbursed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made for you or are clearly personal in nature.
