We make every effort to describe our products and ingredients as accurately as possible on the website. Images give the most realistic impression possible, but may differ slightly from the actual product. The ingredient lists on the website are the most recent, but may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Allergens and safety

Our products may contain allergens. If you have a known allergy or hypersensitivity, consult a doctor before using the products. The products are intended for external use only and not for ingestion.

Shelf life and storage

After opening, the products have a limited shelf life. Consult the packaging for the exact date and storage instructions. Do not use products after the specified date.

Prices and payment

All prices stated are in euros, including VAT. Payment can be made securely via the payment methods offered. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to terminate the agreement.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated. The risk of damage and/or loss is transferred to the customer as soon as the order has left our premises.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order to return it without giving reasons, provided that the unopened and unused products are in the original condition and packaging. Returns are at the buyer's own expense and risk.

Warranty and conformity

Our products meet the usual requirements of reliability and usability. If a product does not comply with the agreement, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, side effects, allergic reactions or damage due to incorrect use of a product.

Age limit

Our website and products are not intended for persons under the age of 16.

Force majeur

In the event of force majeure, we are entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part without owing compensation.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
